an entrepreneur and Managing Director of Clifton Packaging Group Ltd. Shahid has been awarded Export Champion for the DiT (Department of Industry and Trade). Shahid was the first Asian Chairman of Leicestershire IoD (Institute of Directors) and also the first Asian to be appointed onto the Board of Directors in the history of Leicestershire County Cricket Club. Shahid has won numerous awards, including Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 at the Leicestershire Business Awards, Entrepreneur of the Year at the World Food Awards 2010 and the Entrepreneur of the Year at the MSDUK Awards 2016. He is recognized with an OBE for the Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2013 for his services to both businesses and charities. Aside from his illustrious career and awards, Shahid is the UK Country Director and is actively involved UK Chapter’s efforts for SAF.
