SAF UK Volunteers Network Leading the way to Rebuild lives

SAF UK volunteers, under the Student Network, stayed at the forefront of raising funds and awareness about the relief efforts to support the flood affectees. The network organized different events at various educational institutions across the UK and raised funds by selling goodie bags to support the SAF’s Flood Relief Campaign. The Pakistani student societies at Queen Mary, University College London, and Kings College London took the initiative to collect funds for the flood affectees across Pakistan.

Drinking Water Scheme in Qilla Saifullah

The charity match took place in Loughton, Essex where SAF was kindly hosted by Loughton CC.

The Delaware community made it possible for SAF to install an RO Plant in Muslim Bagh, Qilla Saifullah. The plant will benefit a community of 2,000 households with clean drinking water under SAF Water’s drinking water scheme.

Medical Camp at SAF Tent Village

A medical camp for 400 flood affectees at the SAF tent village in Mastung, Balochistan was conducted through the support of our Rehabilitating Dreams Fundraiser Donors. These medical camps are led by experienced female doctors who provided health care to women, children, and the elderly with free medicines.

Ensuring the Provision of Safe Water through Hand Pumps

Through the support of our donor in Australia, SAF installed 18 small and 11 large hand pumps at various locations in the district Sanghar, Sindh. Collectively, these handpumps are facilitating 800+ household with access to safe water.
