Inaugurating SAF’s first Mother & Child Mobile Health Unit

The charity match took place in Loughton, Essex where SAF was kindly hosted by Loughton CC.

Continuing to expand our reach and impact, bringing access to free, quality health care, SAF has joined hands with Master Motors and Foton Master Motor, launching its first Mother & Child Mobile Health clinic for Chakwal and its adjoining areas. The unit will cover a radius of 30 km to cater to the expecting mothers and children of Chakwal and adjoining areas of Balkasar with support of REDO Foundation, providing families with health care, maternal care, and neonatal care. This Mobile clinic marks the next step of SAF health initiatives in expanding its scale to include communities that have restraints in terms of cost and transport.

In the first month of its inception, Mobile Unit has catered to 1000 mothers and children, conducted 182 ultrasounds and 213 Lab tests.

In February 2020, out of all the 40 nominees, SAF won the award for best stall and received a certificate of appreciation

The event was graced by nearly 400+ people which included Head of Delegation Turkish Red Cross, Mr. Ibrahim Carlos C.Clavijo, Director-General NCRD (Govt) Mr. Israr Ahmed, Federal Minister of Climate Change, and advisor to the P.M, Mr. Malik Amin Aslam & Mr.Shafqat Mahmood, Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training.

Many of the event attendants also received Lala Nation 10 jerseys during the ceremony.

SAF Supports PIA 8303 Plane Crash Affectees

Pakistan International Airlines Flight 8303 was a scheduled domestic flight from Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore to Jinnah International Airport in Karachi Pakistan

97 passengers were killed, and 21 homes were damaged due to the crash of Pakistan International Airlines Flight PK-8303 domestic flight from Lahore to Karachi. SAF has financially supported the families of the plane crash and on-ground affectees whose homes were damaged

  • 97 families of the crash were given financial assistance to restart their lives and look forward to a brighter future.
  • 21 households were supported to rebuild their homes damaged due to the crash.

Funds to support the affectees were raised with the support of giving Back Pakistan through Launchgood.com.  We are grateful to donors and supporters who have ensured a Hope-Not Out future.

Golootlo and SAF partner during PSL-V for a CSR

SAF mission to uplift underprivileged and underserved communities of Pakistan Golootlo chose SAF as its Charity Partner for PSL V.

As part of our global initiatives to gather donations and funds, Global Chairman Mr. Shahid Afridi  and Country Director  Mr. Rehan Khan and his team, reached out to the Pakistani Community in South Africa. The purpose of this tour was to raise awareness about the plight of children in underprivileged communities of Pakistan, and to showcase how SAF is providing quality education and healthcare. The tour was well received by the community and people turned out in large numbers in different cities to promote and acknowledge the efforts of the Foundation.

Pizza Crust chooses SAF of  their CSR activity to support SAF education initiative تعلیم ہو گی عام، ہر بیٹی کے نام.  Under the partnership Pizza Crust has developed a deal of PKR 999 through which they will donate PKR 100 for SAF education initiative EAT TO EDUCATE . SAF’s education initiative is promoted through 8 Pizza crust outlets in Karachi where customers are updated about the initiative through flyers and Pizza Crust’s digital media.
