Continuing to expand our reach and impact, bringing access to free, quality health care, SAF has already facilitated more than 4000 people in Chakwal and 20 adjoining villages in the first quarter of its operation.   The unit covers an area of 30 km to cater to the expecting mothers and children of Chakwal and adjoining areas of Balkasar with support of REDO Foundation, providing families with health care, maternal care, and neonatal care.

The annual boat Race Fundraiser

Boat race is an amazing way to unite both competitors and communities together behind a common cause. The SAF UK team participated in the Al-Noor dragon boat race. The teams successfully competed and raised funds to benefit the people in need ensuring Hope stays Not Out. It was a great day out but also a brilliant way to get really active and raise funds at the same time.

Access to knowledge encourages excercise of rights, inclusion in society and freedom for all. For this, SAF has been working to bring knowledge to those who are in need. More than a collection of books, libraries are places for personal development, creativity and freedom. However, they are often absent in places where communities need them most.

Sunail Khan Husnain joined us in our mission of working with students to enhance motor and cognitive skills acquired from reading. Shamim Saeed Library was inaugurated by him in SAF school Malikpur campus, Lahore, providing SAF students

SAF inaugurated its 9th water filtration plant in Malikpur, Lahore, which will provide free of cost clean drinking water to 35,000 households in the community. This intervention was made possible with the support of ASA Pakistan Ltd. The community has a high rate of Hepatitis; hence this intervention was planned. Extremely grateful to Team ASA for joining hands with us and aiding us with this victory.

Bahrain Fundraiser’ 22

SAF Bahrain Chapter organised a private fundraiser to support SAF initiatives being implemented across the country. The fundraiser was attended by the reputed and affluent Pakistani community, who came forward with open hearts to support SAF causes. The fundraiser was attended by Chairman Shahid Afridi in person who briefed the crowd about SAF initiatives and how each initiative is creating impact to uplift underserved communities.
